Reminders:

1. It's National Lutheran Schools Week.  Check the News Slice for the detailed activities of the week.

2.  Watch for your February News letter and Calendar to go home this week.

3. Friday, is Indoor Olympics.  There are NO afternoon classes on Friday, January 31.  Everyone comes in the morning.  Dress comfortably, spirit wear shirt and comfortable pants; we will be playing games all morning.

4.  Valentines' Day Party:  Remember we are exchanging books instead of Valentines.  Everyone is to bring a wrapped book, valued at $10 or less.  We will keep track of who brought what book and assign each book a number.  We will draw numbers at our party.  The book with the number they draw will be their book to take home.  Note:  Your child will not bring home the book he/she brought for the party.

5.  We have several days off in February.  February 13-15 is the Lutheran Elementary Schools Tournament in Portland, OR.  The 17th of February is Presidents' Day and we will not have school that day as well.  School will resume on February 18th.

6. Grand Friends Day is coming.  Mark you calendars for March 6th.  This is an early release day as well.  Every students that attends school that day has to have a grown up attend with him/her.  There are NO afternoon classes.
